Our personal support workers do everything you'd expect: personal care, mobility help, meals, companionship. What makes Haven different: every one of our PSWs is trained in falls prevention, so the care that keeps your parent independent also keeps them safe.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
What your caregiver does
โWe were terrified to bring someone in โ Mom has always been so private. But Maria has become like family. She knows exactly how Mom likes her tea, gets her talking about her garden, and somehow makes bath time feel dignified instead of clinical. For the first time in two years, I'm sleeping through the night.โ

THE PROCESS
How it works
We start with a conversation
We talk through your loved one's needs, daily routine, and goals. That shapes their care plan. If fall risk is a concern, we can also arrange an optional in-home Falls Assessment with a physiotherapist โ it gives us more to work with.
We match your caregiver
Based on the care plan and our conversation, we find the right caregiver โ selected for skills, schedule, personality, and your loved one's specific needs. Not assigned: matched.
Care begins
Your caregiver arrives knowing your loved one's name, their routine, their preferences, and the details of their care plan. We never send someone in blind.
We stay involved
After the first visit, we follow up. How did it go? Is the match working? The care team reviews progress regularly. This isn't set-it-and-forget-it.
