It started with a pattern we couldn't ignore
My co-founder spent years as a physiotherapist watching the same thing unfold: a senior would fall, go to hospital, work hard through rehab — and come home to the exact same house, the same hazards, the same routines. Without someone carrying the plan forward, the risk didn't go away. It just reset.
We looked for home care that could bridge that gap — daily support built around the physio assessment, consistent caregivers who understood what had been found. What we found instead were companies treating families and caregivers alike as account numbers.
So we built something different. Falls prevention isn't a service we offer — it's the reason we exist. And we built our team the same way: pay caregivers well, keep schedules humane, and the care takes care of itself.
